  Mint on the nose. This is past its best now and has lost some of its acidity. Slightly watery on the palate. Still a good wine.

  Surprising wine - not at all SB like (maybe due to age). Rather mineral, with notes of flint. Slight oxidation. Dried apricot. Long finish.
  Tasted again one day later. Sweet characters appearing on the nose.
