Started off slightly darker with more in the way of praline and toasted nuts before the classic Coche reduction and vanilla spice really blossomed over the rich yellow fruit. Certainly developed and nuanced but not yet advanced. Fresh and bright but with a nut butter quality. Nose and palate both excellent. A rare and special bottle very generously shared by a Coche-collecting friend. Have never seen one of these before and it was brilliant.
