Opens with an intense note of truffles. Evolves rapidly in the glass and the truffle fades to make room for aromas of leather and crushed berries. Not much fruit in the mouth although it puts on weight after a while. Aromas are slightly muddled but it finishes with a complex aftertaste. Holding up well, but drink now. The big question is, was this Jayer's work or not?!? In any case a very nice drink.
