  Magnifique vin des Langhe.
  Parfait à boire maintenant.
  Autant je n'avais pas été emballé par ma première bouteille, autant celle-ci m'a enchanté.
  Le vin est très pur, très cristallin, d'une grande élégance.
  
  La bouteille n'a pas fait long feu.
  
  Un grand merci à Beppe Rinaldi pour l'ensemble de son oeuvre.

  Aired 5 hours in bottle before consum. Ruby red. Some sediments as this is an unfiltered wine. Shows classic nebbiolo character. Lovely fruit and mature tannins. Good length. Mature now, drink while the fruit is there. Much better than my last bottle in 2011. Excellent with risotto. It even holds up on day 2 showing a more sweet and sour style and more aroma of tar.

  Decanted 1 hour in a wide decanter. Drunk from a Riedel Vinum Burgundy glas.
  Appereance: Violet red. A bit of sediments.
  Aroma: cherries and dried flowers. A bit tight.
  
  Young Nebbiolo with very concentrated fruit and considerable acidity. Good balance, but a little heat on the finish. Probably due to the vintage. 13,5 % ABV.
  This showed a bit better on day 2, both on smell and palate. Will surely be better in 1-2 years. Be patient!

  Servito troppo caldo, esce subito il calore e l'alcool. Poi dopo che ci é stato rinfrescato diventa più simile alle altre bevute, guadagnando in complessità e ricchezza in bocca
