  Stunning at 24 years old. This wine was so laden with earth at initial whif that it could pass for a first growth left bank, aromatically. In mouth it is so viscous with coating layers of plum, cherry, black licorice, bell pepper and cigar ash. The mid pallete through to the finish is in perfect balance. The finish lingers for quite a bit with Cigar ash being the lingering flavor.
  
  It is worth noting that after 2 hours we noticed a decline in the wines flavors and aromatics. If you have one drink sooner rather than later. Last night ..... what a pleasure this was !

  Pleasant silky mouth-feel and opened quickly. Still a measurable amount of tannins on front. Medium body with a tawny coloration. Notes of cherries evident. Finish is a bit musty.
