  • (At Le Boucheron in Nihonbashi) Beautifully dark red wine with maturing tinge. Unusually inviting bouquet for the origin - flowery notes on leather. On the palate it curls the tongue with its appealing tannins and nice texture. Full bodied and taste of alcohol (14%) is kept on a good leash. Sumi ink and meaty words come to me. The acid is a little high, but that's a problem solved after one and a half glasses. Nice mature wine for us mature-wine-enthusiasts.
