  The nose is an amalgam of smoke, root vegetables, raspberries, cherries, strawberries and gently decaying Autumnal leaves (much more posh than leaves that decay in a more aggressive nature). It is sweet and vinous in the mouth with some beef stock flavours coupled with beetroot and earth. It is relatively skinny but still fresh and vibrant. It has not the longest length but if length is what you crave take faster smaller sips.
