Opaque dark colour. Seems unfiltered. Evident wood. Chocolate.
Dark fruit, mostly blackberry. Fruit is overripe and sweet, feels cooked. With time in glass reveals more vegetable tones, with touch of mint. Wine is at its peak now and I don't think it will improve with time.
Tannins are sandy, finely grained, not aggressive. Finish is short. Leaves muted impression.
Blend: 2/3 Merlot, 20% CabSauv, 5% CabFranc.
It is situated in the western zone of the Entre-Deux-Mers. To the south of the parish of Saint-Loubès, the topography varies between 22 meters and 42 meters in altitude.
On the opposite from Pomerol and St.Emillion side of Libourne.

Lots of dusty red and black fruit, with a hint of mushroom and maybe menthol. Felt timid when first opened, but blossomed on day two.

Very tasty this time around. On the young side of its drinking window, but fully open for business. Fruit still vibrant.

Very low acidity, a lot of astringent tannins and no more fruits.
It’s over for this wine. If you haven’t drink it yet, do it now
