Intense fruit starting to unravel, thick but not heavy, 'deep purple' plum and raspberry, green tea, hints of coconut, spice. medium weight mid palate, with the great fruit intensity consistent medium-heavy finish balanced all the way. Needs to be in a glass to appreciate, and while I have had plenty of the lesser tahblik's, my first time with a 1860. Oh my, this is really, really good, just in a window, old vines on its own root stock.... now with a decant to 7+ {Note to myself: Carn West Ham :) }
