Our representative from Trentino thought the wine defective, while a CWE declared it absolutely wonderful. "The word for this wine was soft, soft nose, soft fruit....." The fruit was rich and ripe, a mix of red and black cherry. Some loved the wine's bouquet and its juiciness and candy. Like some amarones, plum and raisins were noted and the wine had an orange color, but there were also tar and rose notes. All said "drink up," and some raved on about the wine.
