PNP. Sea brine, citrus, honey and spice on the nose. The palate starts open knit and fruit forward, but really tightens up with time and air. Citrus, chalk, minerals on a foundation of lively acidity provide for an understated, elegant and complex flavor profile. Excellent.

Decanted for 1 hour. Medium yellow. Elegant nose showing beeswax, powdered lemons and seaweed. Rainwater fresh. The palate has a lovely texture, deep yet crisp, saline infused and showing some lemon honey elements and a chalky, lifting finish.

What a wonderful Domaine. Just terrific wine. Light golden color with a hit of green. Rich yellow fruit mixed with ocean breeze, smoke and minerals. A touch of spice as well. Seemless yet complex. Refreshing and deep - the serious medium bodied palate is mature and rich for Chablis. This is buffered perfectly by racy acidity resulting in a seemingly effortless wine this only reveals its nuance when you are paying attention. It’s super without trying too hard. Class in a glass. This really is a rich mouth coating Burgundy in style not really Chablis. A beautiful expression
