Loved this wine tonight with pan-seared NY strips in a madeira sauce. Rich and lush, Sweet cherry flavors, ripe tannins. My first bottle of 4 bottles in my cellar. Ready to drink but I think it's riding a long plateau of maturity. When burgundy is good, it's really good, and this was an example of that.

Classic light burgundy color. Wonderful light cherry nose with some subtle earth and perhaps some very subtle floral notes. Light on the palate with little noticeable tannin. Sweet on the mid-palate with more cherry. Excellent: paired well with roast duck.

Dark cherry, licorice, and a touch of vanilla followed by earthiness. A well made wine, but WAY, WAY too young. Too hot and needs several years before it's really worth opening another. Should've not detoured from the WS advice.

Spice, tobacco leaf, strawberries and dark cherries. This is fairly soft now, and ready to drink. Likely to be at peak in 18 to 24 months.
