  5/11/2019 9:19:00 AM - Hi Plabella, welcome! Thanks for the kind words. I have not had Aubert yet. Just have a hard time shelling out that much money for a 'white', but I hear they are quite good. I've bought a few white BDX in that price range but never can quite seem to justify it there either. The reds in Cali are really something right now. Pretty much all the '16s released now are terrific and I can't wait til the '18s get released down the road. They may be the most special yet, given the extremely long and mild '18 growing season. Some of my friends were still pressing grapes the first week of December and fermenting til the end of Dec. Unheard of for Cali. It may give us some very, very special wines. At least I hope so!
