Glass: Zalto Universal Popped and poured, drunk over two days. Screw cap. Perfect storage. Clear, pale golden color. Clean, medium+ intense, dense and complex nose: Smoky, herbaceous, fine yellow fruit (apricot), honey, some zesty bitter notes and some vegetable. Really beautiful. Dry, well-integrated 13,5% abv, medium acidity and some fine tannin. On the palate smoky, salty mineral notes, bitter orange, beautiful spiciness, yellow fruit and again some vegetable notes. Very dense, good pressure and tension. Good balance and a nice texture. Long, juicy finish. At its peak, drink now + 5 years. 92-93

Drunk over 3 days. Needs a lot of air and a drinking temperature of about 12 degree. Good Grüner Veltliner starting to peak. No signs of Botrytis, more on the leaner, elegant side. Has 5+ more years of further development ahead.

Ap: dark yellow Ar: sweet yellow fruits, ripe apples and pears, lemon, no petro. Medium bodied and sweeter than I expected. Very little minerality, which I expected. Good length

Nicely matured Riesling. Worked fine with Bacalao.

No formal notes - PnP, closed nose, not showing anything at all... Lots of citrus and just a hint of riesling personality at first. After 2 hours or so, much more inviting and showing typical riesling characteristics. Very enjoyable, excellent balance but too young to just PnP now. Could be intresting to follow over the next 5-10 years.
