    Medium-deep reddish garnet in color. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, blueberries & plums with overtones of earthy/dusty & floral notes, herbs, spices, minerals & a hint of cedar in the background. Medium-full bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of cherries, mulberries & plums with spices, some herbs & minerals. Lingering dry finish. Drinks quite well at present with decanting & extended airing but has the fruit & structure to continue development from further aging at which time it may merit a higher score.
