Just popped and poured. Cork broke-apart so be careful. Poured through micro-fine mess so no issue. Improved considerably after 30min. Still excellent, but needs to be consumed now. Likely won’t last a few more years. Classic Napa Cab Meritage nose and pallet. Deep purple color, full-bodies but a little thinner finish…this the tell-tale to drink now. Nice cocoa, coffee, vanilla. Nice w roasted salted nuts and pate. Might want to finish bottle same night…I did.

Popped & poured, was a bit tight at first but after 30 min came together. Fragrant nose, red & blue fruit on the palate with enough structure left to keep it interesting. Medium finish. Overall, still drinking quite nicely.

Very nicely developed Bordeaux blend from Napa, comprising Cab, Cab Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. The wine is in its prime, but there's no real rush to drink it.
Aromatically, this presents pretty blue violet aromas with meat jus & thyme. The fruit is modestly lush but not overextracted nor overly oaked. The tannins are fine grained & subtle in the finish- but clearly present.
This was very satisfactory with a bacon cheeseburger, and would pair well with NY strip steak, sirloin, or tenderloin. Likely not enough tannin for richer things like ribeye.

Over the hill. Usually a favorite, but this one was funky, off, maybe Brett? no old ones left, usually drink this up inside 12 or so years

Had late night. Took 30 minutes to open but was very satisfactory. Strong red fruit with hints of forest floor. Medium finish.
