Bright, light greenish silver. Very aromatic, a bit oaky, the predominant note is nettles, not sure I liked the nose, a bit de trop! Delicious, grass, nettles, lime, refreshing, slightly off-dry, good acidity, very New World, austere finish, good length.

The colour of a clairet from Bordeaux. Sweet fruity nose, simple, quite attractive. Boiled sweets, baked fruits, off-dry, not very striking, reasonable acidity, medium length.
Australia, Victoria, Port Phillip, Mornington Peninsula
Translucent, no age. Oaky, very inviting, some ripe fruit, a small amount of development. A little too oaky at present, plenty of fruit and acidity, soft but grippy tannins, needs five to seven years in the cellar, not very long.
Australia, South Australia, Limestone Coast, Coonawarra
Just translucent, a hint of age. A bit dumb on the nose, a little unidentifiable fruit eventually emerges. Fruit with an almond tinge, good acidity, slightly dusty/mushroomy, meaty, fairly long.
Australia, South Australia, Fleurieu, McLaren Vale
Translucent with a hint of age. Dumb, oaky, with a light perfume. Fruity, good balance, tastes fine now but will soften in the next five to seven years, good length.
Very deep gold. Fragrant sweet melange of marmalade and general citrus notes. Honey in the mouth, good balance, not cloying, barley sugar, nice length.
