    Italy, Veneto / Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Prosecco

    Frizzante, pale greenish silver.
    Strong apple aroma, soft effect.
    Apple predominates in the mouth, a sweet attack, off dry, stewed apple sauce, quite refreshing, pleasant, simple, not very long.

    Italy, Veneto, Soave Classico

    Intense light gold.
    Slightly aromatic, hinting at complexity, spicy, mineral and, eventually, loads of fruit.
    Fruity, quite oily tasting, bitter finish, shouts for food, good length.

    Intense light gold.
    Initially not much on the nose, patience yields some gentle flowers and fruit.
    Mixed ripe fruit in the attack, delicious, the bitter finish is very long.

    Light garnet with some development.
    Loads of red fruit, a little wet wool, a simple nose.
    A fruity attack, cooking cherries, then a light mid palate before a bitter finish, good length.
