Frizzante, pale greenish silver. Strong apple aroma, soft effect. Apple predominates in the mouth, a sweet attack, off dry, stewed apple sauce, quite refreshing, pleasant, simple, not very long.
Light gold. Your nose gets oak first, then vegetal development, interesting, promising. The first taste is oak, once you're over that there's fruit, it's clean tasting with a very bitter finish, quite long, would work as an aperitif or with food.
Intense light gold. Initially not much on the nose, patience yields some gentle flowers and fruit. Mixed ripe fruit in the attack, delicious, the bitter finish is very long.
Green gold. Beautiful aromas but too much oak on the nose. Tastes a bit like sauvignon blanc - very refreshing, needs time in the cellar, very long finish.
Light garnet with some development. Loads of red fruit, a little wet wool, a simple nose. A fruity attack, cooking cherries, then a light mid palate before a bitter finish, good length.

Inky cassis in colour, totally opaque, youthful. Raisins on the nose, then some dark black fruit. Very sweet fruity attack, but then the tannins kick in before a bitter finish, very full, good length.

Inky opaque. The nose gets a fascinating, complex blend of fruit and meat. Delightful sweet fruit, gentle tannin bitterness, smooth on the palate, very, very long.
