  High acidity, cleansing, refreshing, smooth mid palate, quite simple.

  Leafy, smoky, spicy - quite a complex nose.
  Very dry, smoky, not for drinking on its own, complex, rich, intense grapefruit.

  Smoky, citrus, aroma becomes sweet, welcoming.
  Fruity, crisp, good balance, refreshing with a bitter finish, this is a classy food wine

  Aromatic, fruity, oaky, straightforward.
  Raisins and black cherries, soft tannins, very approachable but too much oak in the mid palate.

  Baked fruit and then strawberries but the nose is not that complex.
  Sweet attack, liquorice, tobacco, tannins in the background, smooth, for drinking not keeping.
