Nice selection of vintage Champagne along with a stellar Napa sparkler and several bonus bottles.
My WOTN was the 2000 Dom with the 2001 DVX a close 2nd and the 1996 Henriot 3rd.

1998 Henriot Champagne Brut Millésimé Rosé 89 Points
France, Champagne
Very pale salmon color. A little mineral and some citrus on the nose. I found it somwhat flat on the palate with a very bitter finish. This may have improved given more time if one was drinking an entire bottle over the evening. But I didn't really find this all that compelling.

2000 Dom Pérignon Champagne 93 Points
France, Champagne
expressive nose of floral, mineral, toasty, yeast, apple, lemon, citrus. The palate is delicious, creamy, elegant. Really nicely balanced fruit, minerality, and acidity. This is excellent. My WOTN in a close race with the '01 DVX, DVX wins in a landslide on QPR however.
