Introduction

This was a very nice event in a great location. The appetizers served with the wine were fantastic and the wines themselves worked very well with the food. I enjoyed the wines of this event more than my scores would indicate. The pairings were spot on.

1st Course - Ecuadoran ceviche of shrimp
2nd Course - Fried Oyster w/ pico de gallo
3rd Course - Crab Cake
4th Course - Seared tuna with mango salsa
5th Course - Blackened snapper tostada
