This tasting showcases a range of illustrious Premier Crus from brothers Thomas Morey and Vincent Morey, drawn from the 2007, 2008, and 2009 vintages. Included are all three vintages of Vincent Morey's iconic bottling of Chassagne "Les Caillerets", and Chassagne "Vide Bourse", Puligny "La Truffiére", and Chassagne "Dents de Chien" round out the flight. The 2009s are new arrivals.

Closing

All but one of these had such gorgeous nose, I would literally be sniffing from the glass for minutes before taking a sip. Of the wines I had tasted before in April I tended to score them higher then. Two of the bottles were corked. It's becomign clear that Thomas is my preferred brother. My favorite of the 2009s was the Thomas Morey Vide Bourse, which showed just as well the next day.
