Moving more into some aged character but still has youth on its side - toast, lemon curd, minerals and yellow florals. Great length - stretches off into the far distance. Ticking along really well.
France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Meursault 1er Cru
Sealed with Diam. Beautifully appealing nose of musk, lemon, floral, minerals and spice. Wonderful balance with pure, lifted fruit and excellent depth along with really good acidity. Long and detailed, with awesome potential.

Orange peel, heavy florals and some earthiness - I find it to be quite pretty. Palate is very dry, with a tannic element giving it some bite and grip. Interesting stuff.
France, Loire Valley, Anjou-Saumur, Savennières-Coulée de Serrant
Orange peel, iron shavings, honey with some nutty Christmas cake notes. Really fresh on the palate, there is fine acidity with a menthol lift to it. Nice wine but the oxidative edge makes me think it may be best consumed now.
Lime, musk, apple and tropical fruit. Extremely delicious palate, I could drink this all-day everyday. Superb purity of fruit and the acid gives it enough steel without being the focus. Loved it.
Some ripeness shows through on the nose and palate with cherry, cinnamon, graphite and a little earthy spice. Good acidity that cleanses away the ripeness towards the finish.
Where some wines are mouth filling, this was definitely nose filling - incredibly perfumed, raspberry, cinnamon, char and oak with some tar as well. Long, with the tannins present but enveloped by the youthful red fruits. Lovely, lovely wine.
Intense nose of apricot, sugar, orange, pear compote and spices. Very intense and sweet palate, there is great carry to it, though the acid has backed off a little since the last time I tasted it. Very, very good.
