Craftsman, Mpls

A few people were going to a store tasting in the late afternoon and asked if anyone wanted to join them for dinner afterward at Craftsman. Well, as luck would have it a couple of us were open and we ended up with nice little group of 4. Our service was outstanding and the food was excellent tonight. Wines faired quite well too!
2010 Domaine Louis Michel Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre 92 Points
France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru
Light gold color. PNP, drank 2 glasses over 90 minutes. This was quite bright on the nose, showing some flashy white peach and ripe melon that gives way to the more classic citrus, zest aromas that build with the requisite minerality. The palate is lively, with good acidity, green tree fruit, pear, and Jonagold apple that also has plenty of lemon and line with some citrus peel as well, sea shore mineral, and crisp refreshing finish that lingers. Thiis in a very good place and should evolve and at the very least hold for 5-10 years plus.
