Riesling if trocken, better. Too much sweetness to my taste but complex to the limit for what it is. My view always conditionated by the varietal. Still young but promising if soaked that sweet.
La Riesling sí seca y poco dulce, mejor. Demasiado dulzor para mi gusto pero compleja a tope. Siempre juzgo este tipo de botellas condicionado por la variedad. Aún así joven pero prometedora si ahogamos ese dulzor.

Aromas of thyme and rosemary dominate the nose when you were expecting cinnamon and clove 'cause its aristocratic origin. Well-balanced on the palate yet shortie and excessively dry (wood). Really pleasant after all. The last drink, the best one.
Qué cerquita de la grandeza. Es para adivinar si simplemente era muy joven para ser disfrutada ahora a pesar de esa delgada estructura soportada por sólo unos 12.8 grados. En nariz dominan los aromas a romero y a tomillo cuando lo que realmente esperas son especias como la canela o el clavo por su indudable origen aristocrático. Bien equilibrada en boca aunque cortita y quizás excesivamente secante (esa madera). Muy amable de todas formas. El último trago, el mejor.
One of those bottles I have been thinking for years 'cause the producer but desisted year after year cause its sweetness. Yep, I am an idiot. A little corked to my choosy nose but also an aromatic bitter orange peel is showed. Where it is developing all its potential is on the palate. Perfect balance between acidity and sugar with a very good length and an attractive aftertaste. Tasty and rounded. My kind of sweet wine. To be discovered.
Una de esas botellas que has visto durante años en las estanterías en Francia y que nunca me he animado a comprar por ser un vino dulce pese a que este productor jamás me ha decepcionado. Llámame idiota. Para mi selectiva pituitaria un pelin acorchada aún apreciando ese perfume a piel de naranja amarga. Pero donde muestra todo su potencial es en el paladar. Un equilibrio perfecto entre acidez y el dulzor con una maravillosa longitud y un postgusto delicioso. Sabrosa y redonda. La clase de vino dulce que me va. Para descubrir si todavía no lo has bebido.

Superb for it was. Yeasty and very complex on the nose. Easy drink on the palate. Perfect for the lunch prolegomena.
Superior para lo que era. A levadura y complejo en nariz. De trago facil en boca. Perfecta para los prolegómenos de la comida.
