  Last one was corked, but this one is alive and well, plenty of pearly bubbles, citrus dominates accompanied by apples. Quite dry, high acidity. Very nice.

  Similar to previous bottle, always a pleasure having this producer. On opening, this was a little astringent but with time it developed a luscious creaminess and a round texture that was more consistent with my previous experiences.
