Nose: beautiful citrus apple cider.
Palate: weighty, clean, fresh, oily. Beautiful med acidity.
Not super complex.

Stunning nose: faint lime peel, stony minerality, saffron.
Palate: light+ body, superb balance, salinity!!!!!
