Phil's place, Chicago IL
Tasted Friday, October 9, 2015 by KeithAkers with 350 views
A variety of schedules were open on a friday night, so a small group of us met up at Phil's to eat and drink several Cali Pinots (and a few other wines too)
This was just the pre-game for a bunch of later silliness. This definitely got us going into the night and onto a bunch more shenanigans.

Taste: Medium bodied with high acidity. The feel is polished with red apples, brioche, biscuits, pears, and some mineral notes.
Overall: This is extremely young, but it's also extremely tasty. This clearly needs years, but it's also quite delicious right now.
