  Very Ramonet in style. A delightfully individual bottle.
  Aromas ranging from laurel to chalk, from undergrowth to limestone. It is mineral. It's tempting. It has depth and elegance. A classy bottle.
  In the mouth does not disappear: it has length, good acidity, a delicious aftertaste and provides long seconds of pleasure.
  A great white wine. Without any doubt. One of your best works ever Telmo. Merry Xmas!
  
  Muy del estilo Ramonet. Una botella deliciosamente individual.
  Aromas que van desde el laurel a la tiza, del sotobosque a la caliza. Es mineral. Es tentadora. Tiene profundidad y elegancia. Una botella con clase.
  La boca no desentona: tiene longitud, buena acidez, un delicioso retrogusto y proporciona largos segundos de placer.
  Un gran vino blanco. Sin dudas. Uno de tus mejores trabajos Telmo. ¡Feliz Navidad!

• 2000 Chateau Dereszla Tokaji Aszú Eszencia 95 Points

  Sincerely speaking I didn't want to overestimate this one cause it's an Eszencia but it is superb. Complexity in a complete harmony, that's the concept.
  Concentrated tokaji aromas (baked apple, raisins or penicillin) those don't eplipse that terrific palate where this elixir showed its real characteristics.
  Density to the limit. Long seconds of pure pleasure. Balanced acidity. Eternal sweetness. Endless aftertaste. A multilayered hungarian wine. This mouth really worths the score. This bottle was born for a relaxed thinking.
  Matching an extraordinary panattone tradizionale. Merry Xmas!
  
  De verdad que no quise sobrestimar este vino por ser un Eszencia pero es que es simplemente magnífico. Complejidad en una armonía completa, ese es el concepto.
  Concentrados aromas a tokaji (manzana al horno, pasas o penicilina) que no eplipsan ese paladar fantástico donde este elixir mostró sus características verdaderas.
  Densidad al límite. Largos segundos de puro placer. Acidez equilibrada. Eterna dulzura. Postgusto sin fin. Un vino húngaro multifacético. Esta boca realmente vale la puntuación. Botella nacida para la contemplación y la reflexión.
  Acompañando un panettone tradicional. ¡Feliz Navidad!

• 2001 Domaine de la Romanée-Conti Echezeaux 96 Points

  Very in its place. Specially if you noted this is a 2001.
  Considering it is just an Echezeaux, you can not ask for more. Spiced to the max on the nose. Elegant bouquet of cherries on a bed of petals of red roses. Also lead pencil. Deep, meaty, slightly chocolaty even, an intoxicating Echezeaux.
  Texture of silk on the palate. Of good length and grip but all with softness, something almost imperceptible but of great class. It has the right acidity to accompany a lamb trowel. Simply delicious and I can say without any doubt this is much better than some La Tâche I took in its youth. Along with some of Rousseau, one of the best burgundy bottles I ever drunk. Time has rewards. Even, I've to insist with a vintage like this.
  
  Muy en su sitio. Especialmente si notaste que es un 2001.
  Para tratarse de un Echezeaux no cabe pedir mas. Especiado al máximo en nariz. Elegante ramillete de cerezas sobre un lecho de pétalos de rosas rojas. También mina de lápiz. Profundo, cárnico, incluso ligeramente achocolatado y embriagador Echezeaux.
  Textura de seda al paladar. De buena longitud y agarre pero todo con suavidad, algo casi imperceptible pero de gran clase. Tiene la acidez justa para acompañar una paleta de cordero. Sencillamente deliciosa y puedo decir que mejor que algunas La Tâche que me tome en su juventud. Junto con alguna de Rousseau, de lo mejor que he tomado de Borgoña. Incluso, insisto, en añadas como esta.

  Deliciously briochy this time. Dense in mouth with an immense future for what it is.
  Very rich, perfect to accompany the traditional Christmas sweets.
  Young, very young disgorged on 03/2015. Dosage 10 g/l.
  
  Deliciosamente a brioche esta vez. Densa en boca con un recorrido inmenso para lo que es.
  Muy rica para acompañar los tradicionales dulces de Navidad.
  Joven, degollada el 03/2015.
