Every participant had to bring a wine of the theme. We did not know which wines were brought by the others. All wines were tasted blind, also without knowing when the wine you brought yourself was poured.
2005 Domaine Parize Père et Fils Givry Champ Nalot 89 Points
France, Burgundy, Côte Chalonnaise, Givry
In the bouquet beautiful red berries, autumn forest, vanilla and rustic impressions. On the palate red berries, cherries, earth, autumn forest, clove, firm acidity and some bitterness. The wine is quite developed and in its maturity stage now. 88 - 89
