Dusty, aged apples, slightly oxidated. Harsh and uncharming. Perhaps defective.

Juicy green apple with a piercing acidity and lovely fruit depth. Has a solid mineralic touch. Tastes really good.

Lovely perfumed nose. The palate has juicy green apples and pear but also a quite hard structure.
Stringent and piecing acidity. Nice wine but also not very pleasurable.

Sewer and sulfur, gun powder, beer yeast. Also has a strange touch of hops which gives it a slight bitterness.
A funny natural wine but also quite strange.

Juicy pear fruit but also a bit of sulfur. The acidity is huge but the wine seems a bit closed down.
There is also a lot of coconut and the acidity is simply to overpowering to get any pleasure from the wine right now.

Honey and pear and some white flowers. The alcohol is a bit dominant but overall a nice wine.

Mature and overripe sweet fruits but with a solid acidity and structure. Seems off-dry but very nice nonetheless.

Perfumed green bell pepper. Floral and juicy. Pure flavors and delicious. Lovely wine but perhaps a bit singular.

Green bell pepper on the palate with a huge acidity. Fresh and "clean" but also light and a bit short on the aftertaste.
Has a rustic touch and a touch of black pepper.

Fruity dark plum fruit with a huge acidity and great tannin structure. Only a very slight touch of green bell pepper but overall a lovely wine.

Dirt and coffee, complex and juicy but still with a lot of balance. Really a lovely wine with plenty of complexity like manure, black tea and orange peel.

Very complex sweetness and just packed with apricots. A very extreme wine that is very compact and dense.
It has some lovely flavors of coffee, sewer, caramel and hazelnuts but also huge acidity. Impressive wine.
