Introduction
Every participant had to bring a wine of the theme. We did not know which wines were brought by the others. All wines were tasted blind, also without knowing when the wine you brought yourself was poured.

In the bouquet white fruits, some spiciness and anise. On the palate apple, good acidity, some minerals and a pleasant sweet note, Some bitterness and a good length.

In the fairly complex bouquet some petrol, slate and flint stone as well as yellow, tropical fruits. Elegant start on the palate followed by apricots and pineapple, some caramel and a good balance between acidity and sweetness.
