A: Pale lemon green N: I swirled and swirled and sniffed and sniffed. This was a Medium (-) Intensity (new instructor says Medium Intensity) Pear drop, white flowers, apple, lemon, flint and wet stone Youthful P: Dry. Medium acid (4 secs for drip chamber to overflow) , medium (+) body, medium alcohol (11%), medium intensity, medium (+) finish (instructor notes citrus stays but other clusters dissipate) Flint and wet stone very apparent here.
