WSET Level 2 Class; 9/13/2018-11/4/2018 (The Texas Wine School): Good bordering on very good quality Sauvignon Blanc that is clear, pale lemon in color. On the nose, it's clean with a pronounce intensity. It has aromas and flavors of grapefruit, gooseberry, lemon/line, passionfruit, pineapple, bell pepper, hay, and cut grass. On the palate, it's dry with high acidity, medium body, and a medium finish.
This is a fairly well balanced Sauvignon Blanc that is easy to drink and yet decently complex. Very refreshing, perfect for sitting outside on a hot day.

Primary aromatics blackcurrant and gooseberry. Simple structure, fresh, medium body and a short finish. Easy drinking one, which definitely has it's purpose when combining with food (fish or salad?).
