What a lot of Riesling. I had hoped to look at New Zealand off dry to see if the validity of my six nations hypothosis applied would be reinforced or could be disregarded but I simply ran out of time. I also failed to get to the Trockenbeernauslese which was deeply distressing...but it wasn't a bad innings all told...

rocky, a little lime, apple, floral top notes…juicy, fleshy, dense rocky, a little sulphur, the fruit is softer on the palate. Yum.

Green apple, a little fresh grass and bacon fat. In the mouth it's sourly juicy - sharp in fact - with crunchy green apple fruit. Mmm

Savoury, very mineral, rock, a little sulphur and it's quite concentrated on the nose. In the mouth it's a similar story. Juicy and savoury, stony, structured. Nice.
