Introduction
Every participant had to bring a wine of the theme. We did not know which wines were brought by the others. All wines were tasted blind, also without knowing when the wine you brought yourself was poured.

In the bouquet minerals like flint stone and also flowers. On the palate melon, pineapple, citrus acidity, some sweetness, a bit fat and some smoke. Good length.

The bouquet has white fruits, candy and rustic flavors. On the palate pear and white peach, slightly sparkling still. A bit aromatic. Beautiful acidity and bitterness. Beautiful wine.
