Pale gold color. Drank a glass over 40 minutes. Spot on from 5-21-21 note. These are crisp, fresh and delicious, pear, white fruits, yeast and chalk. 91+ to 92pts.
Light medium salmon color. Drank a glass over an hour. Floral, citrus, tangerine, ripe peach and white pepper on the nose. On the palate this has some power and depth yet as the name suggests it remains nuanced, cherry, citrus, lots of white pepper and some nice minerality. 90+pts.
Light gold color. Drank a glass plus over an hour. Still quite youthful, oxidative, baked apple, ginger, lots of chalk minerality, citrus, a bit nutty, lots of dry extract. Give this a couple years ideally. 92+ to 93pts.
Light gold color. Drank a glass over an hour. Weight and power, so much saline and ocean, lemon-lime, lemongrass, amazingly crisp and zesty, a touch of gunflint, tons of limestone, chisled and filled with acid.
France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru
Pale green gold color. Drank a glass over 70 minutes. Brought this one back from the Chateau. Very enjoyable with cedar dust, earth, Meyer lemon, lots of citrus, orange blossoms and hints of licorice on a well lifted nose. The palate has this wonderfully subtle complexity, apple, lemon, subtle oak, and dry stone minerality. So very elegant and refined.
Pale gold color. Drank a small glass over 30 minutes. Very bright, a little spritz sensation, light fusil, ripe pineapple, passion fruit, red apple, wet stones, apricot and blissful acidity.
