Introduction
Everybody had to bring a flight to taste fully blind by the other participants. The order of the flights is just a wild guess because we don’t know which wines the other participants brought. We try to start with light and simple and older, to more full bodied, more complex and younger. Someone starts and then the others follow when they think it is the right moment. And -to be honest- in most cases it works nicely.

Perfumed and floral bouquet with white and also some yellow fruits. Same on the palate, also pear and melon, light minerals, mild acidity.

Reticent bouquet with some flowers, pear and melon. On the palate candy flavors, white fruits and some anise. Good acidity and a pleasant touch of sweetness.

Opulent bouquet with bananas and other yellow fruits. On the palate bananas, pear, oak, a bit fat, good acidity and mild bitterness. Concentrated and tasty wine.

Not a very expressive bouquet but there are yellow fruits and vanilla from the oak. Same impressions on the palate; oak, vanilla, fresh acidity, a touch of sweetness and a good length.

Yellow fruits, vanilla and apple in the bouquet. On the palate some butter milk, yellow fruits, vanilla, minerals and focused acidity. Full bodied wine.

Very clean bouquet with light red berries and candy flavors. On the palate light red berries as well and delicious fresh acidity. One of my best rose wines.

Beautiful bouquet with dark berries and some vanilla. On the palate juicy dark fruits, ok acidity and although the wine shows some development the tannin is still slightly sticky. My last bottle and that is ok.

Barnyard and stable smells in the bouquet. Also chocolate, sweet spices and smoke. On the palate chocolate and sweet spices like cinnamon. Also celery. A bit too old now, but still pleasurable. No score.

Beautiful bouquet with vanilla, toast and sweet spices. On the palate chocolate, sweet spices, a bit mint, beautiful acidity and soft tannin. Good length. Fully mature and still lovely to drink.
