Vorher dekantieren, da der Wein O2 braucht - am besten ganze 3 Tage vorher oeffnen, schmeckt dann immer besser. Refosco ist fuer herzhafte, lebendige, saeurebetonte Weine bekannt und die autochthone Traube des Friaul. Der Nova Palma zeigt darueber hinaus Schmelz und Charme, da 5% der Trauben auf Dachboeden getrocknet wurden. |
