The palate has lovely rich and ripe notes with good depth, but plenty of freshness. Just a classic example of Condrieu. Viognier at its best and it is damn good. |

This wine comprises around 40% of the entire appellation's production in a given year! This is an example of the trend towards fresher styles and more new oak. I still miss the opulence and complete reliance on the fruit of old-school wines, such as the Andre Perret condrieus of the late 1980sand 1990s... |

White peach, lemon, orange zest, citrus, even a hint of lavender and delicate vanilla. Rich and full bodied with a long lasting finish. You can‘t resist until the bottle is empty… Still some well integrated acidity left, so I guess the wine will last some more years. |
