First impressions were a forceful flavor profile a little unbalanced. 20 mins later was better but still a needed time. The Shiraz was heavy. I think that if it had been a little warmer and a longer decant it would be great. |

It blossoms to leathery mineral flavors that last minutes in mouth. It was the first P. Crus for 6 others at table. all liked it, but where not blown away until we compared with Meomi pinot noire 2013.
