The champagne is a Grand Cru Cuvee produced in France by Lallier specifically for Peter Paul Wines. It is a blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay. The nose was slightly muted but the palate provided wonderful hints of green apple and apricot. A very enjoyable glass of bubbles overall. |

Loads of tiny bubbles that dance across your palate leaving soft nuttiness in their wake. Zippy and refreshing, this champagne is a winner! Paired with king crab legs, pan seared ribeye, and sautéed vegetables. |

Lingering palate with nice mouthfeel. Meaty and starts out well balanced. After an hour or so acidity begins to dominate and throws things off for a while (but then the wine recovers). A very good wine. |
