It needs lots and lots of air - like 24h in the opened bottle. Much better on the second day. Soaring limestone acidity (7,7 grams!!), lean body, low alcohol (11,7%) and stony tannins verging on the unripe. Paired with salami and comté, it is quite an exciting drink, but certainly not for beginners. Way out of the mainstream, no-compromise wine, but very Kraski, and memorable for that. |

Slightly sweet flavor, jam, plums, quite what expected from the aroma with much alcohol felt, giving the full body feel. Tingling and sharp on palate with long, but simple sweet sugary and alcohol finish. "Only" 13.4% ABV to note, feels like much more. But well, good enough for its low price. |

I open a bottle and sat outside with the candy... yes a little chocolate here and there was great with the wine. Smooth, well balanced Cab. The texture is soft with a great taste. Give it a try - it will not disappoint. |
