Huge coconut bomb when first opened, but after an hour of being open the blueberrries started come through and to coconut relaxed. Paired nicely with wagyu ribeye and after the raspberries had their say, the tannins got real grippy. Should have some good life left in it, wish I had more bottles. |

4/5/2024 - Brockster303 Likes this wine: 92 pointsTwo points better than last time. Can't imagine this gets much better as the youth was completely gone after a quick decant. Distinctive big purple plums on the nose. Plenty of fruit but now a plum bomb on the tongue - more balanced. A great pairing with Mongolian beef with snap peas and rice. |
