Klassischer reifer Cabernet Sauvignon, Cassis-Noten, dunkle Beeren, vielschichtig, Leder und andere Tertiäre Aromen. Wunderbar eingebundene Tannine. Jetzt perfekt zu trinken. Ein kräftiger Champagner, hervorragend als Essensbegleiter. Perfekt zu einer homemade Rinderfilet-Tartar-Torte mit Kaviar nach dem signature dish von Helmut Thieltges.
