Golden yellow in color.

Creamy nose of lemon curd and custard. Great acidity, powerful presence with notes of apples, hint of lemons and this lovely creamy texture. Complex wine already. Very young still.

Slight botrytis nose with honeyed floral notes. Great mineral, lemon curd flavors with nice acidity.

    6/6/2014 4:30:00 PM - I picked this bottle up off a shelf from a local wine retailer. So not really ideal stored conditions. I thought this had great potential to age for quite a while yet. Hope that helps.

Lovely nose of blackberries, wood spice/tobacco and vanilla. Disappointing on the palate, thin, with plenty of heat and a short finish. Will let breathe over night and reevaluate.

    12/27/2012 12:33:00 PM - This bottle just didn't do it for me...nothing like the previous bottle I had even with additional air exposure. Regarding the Pop and pour, I didn't have the luxury to decant this wine prior to taking it to dinner.
