Aromatics of red berry fruit, some fresh and some dried with interesting menthol and savory bay leaf notes. Very lively acidity giving almost tartness to the red fruit flavors. Somewhat of a resinous, herbal note with savory tomato skin and light cured meat flavors. Really very nice. Drink now. |
