Strong, long lasting bubble streams. Plentiful fruit - cherry, strawberry, maybe some apple with some spice and honey secondarily. Light alcohol. Medium acid adds a good tartness. This sparkling would go well with food. Very complex, excellent overall, and worthy of the price. 91 to 93 pts. |

But still a wonderful sparkler, especially considering its entry-level pricing. Crisp apples and pears with a touch of almond. Some lemon zest and toasty notes in the finish. Very popular among the guests. |

Softened effervescence and straw hued in the glass, this is fully matured and likely won't get any better. Pears, apples, slight citrus and brioche. Nice toast in the finish. The 2012, which we had afterwards, suffered in comparison. |
