Perfect acidity, lots of complexity, and a finish that lasts for days. Very little petrol/garage on the nose -- more like cedar and honeydew and mango to me. Blueberries and bright acidity with more mango, stone-fruit, and honeysuckle on the palate. The acid plays well with the sweetness, and makes this more refreshing than you'd expect from an Auslese. |
