An underlying wet stone note. Rich and full bodied but with a line of fresh acidity and a touch of grip. Great flavour intensity and persistence with some pleasant bitterness on the rosewater and honey finish. I'm not the biggest Gewürztraminer fan but this is fantastic. In a great spot so would say drink now... But would be interesting to see how this evolves. |
